Saraguard-FL is an economical antibacterial and antiviral agent for all textile substrates and their blends. Saraguard-FL can be applied by padding, exhaust, soaking and spraying methods. Saraguard-FL is a non-leachingantimicrobial agent which is durable to multiple home laundering.It is effective against broad spectrum of bacteria's and viruses. It passes AATCC 100, JISL 1902 test methods. Saraguard-FL is also suitable for application on medical textiles like face mask, surgical gowns and other personal protective equipment/clothing (PPE)etc.

Padding process:
Saraguard-FL : 20-50 g/l
Pick-up : 65-70 %
Bath pH : 5.0-6.0
Drying : 110-120 deg.C, 1-2 min.
Exhaust process:
Saraguard-FL : 2-5 %
Bath pH : 5.0-6.0
Bath Temp. : 30-40 deg.
Time : 15-20mins.
* For application in medical textiles the dosage of the above chemical has to be optimized depending on the GSM of the fabric and (%) Expression
* Concentration of the above product to be taken on the basis of durability requirement.
* At higher drying/curing temperatures there might be shade changes depending on the Dye, OBA and the fabric.
* Pre-trials are recommended.
Precautions
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
